Some life changes can affect your coverage and how much you save on your Marketplace plan. If you have a life change, like moving or getting married, let us know as soon as possible. You may qualify for a

What changes should I report?There are 4 types of

you should report to the Marketplace:

Loss of health coverage, like losing job-based coverage or Medicaid or Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) eligibility.Household changes, like getting married or divorced, birthing or adopting a child, or a death in the family. Moving to a new ZIP code, county, or state.Other qualifying life events, like income changes or becoming a U.S. citizen.How do I report changes?Online: Log in to update your Marketplace application.Phone: Call 1-800-318-2596 (TTY: 1-855-889-4325) and a representative can help you update your application.In person: Find someone in your community who can help you make changes.
